Eligibility<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must be the <strong>legal owner<\/strong> of the bike you are selling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You must be at least <strong>18 years old<\/strong> to use our services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All details provided during the valuation and sale must be <strong>true, accurate, and complete<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Instant Bike Valuation<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The online valuation provided by SpeedyGo is based on the details you enter (such as make, model, year, mileage, and condition).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>This valuation is an <strong>estimate only<\/strong> and may change after a physical inspection of the bike.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SpeedyGo reserves the right to <strong>revise or reject<\/strong> the valuation in case of incorrect or misleading information.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Free Doorstep Pickup<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Free pickup is available within our <strong>serviceable locations only<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The bike must be in a <strong>safe and accessible condition<\/strong> for collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pickup scheduling will depend on <strong>availability and confirmation<\/strong> from our team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. On-the-Spot Payment<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Payment will be made immediately at the time of pickup or transfer, once bike and documents are verified.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments are processed via <strong>secure methods<\/strong> (bank transfer\/UPI\/cheque).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SpeedyGo is not responsible for any <strong>delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. RC &amp; Document Support<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Our team assists with <strong>ownership transfer and RC documentation<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You are responsible for providing all <strong>necessary original documents<\/strong> (RC, insurance, ID proof, etc.).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SpeedyGo will not be held liable for issues arising due to <strong>incomplete, forged, or invalid documents<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Seller\u2019s Responsibility<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The seller must ensure the bike is <strong>free from theft, loan, or legal disputes<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any undisclosed liabilities (challans, loans, accidents, etc.) will remain the <strong>seller\u2019s responsibility<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Until ownership transfer is complete, the seller may still be liable for traffic violations, accidents, or misuse.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Limitation of Liability<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SpeedyGo acts only as a <strong>facilitator<\/strong> in the bike-selling process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We do not guarantee the <strong>final price<\/strong> until inspection and verification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>SpeedyGo is not responsible for <strong>indirect, incidental, or consequential losses<\/strong> arising from using our services.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Changes to Terms<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SpeedyGo reserves the right to <strong>modify or update<\/strong> these Terms &amp; Conditions at any time without prior notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Continued use of our services will mean you accept any updated <strong>terms.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9.
