  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • All details provided during the valuation and sale must be true, accurate, and complete.
2. Instant Bike Valuation
  • The online valuation provided by SpeedyGo is based on the details you enter (such as make, model, year, mileage, and condition).
  • This valuation is an estimate only and may change after a physical inspection of the bike.
  • SpeedyGo reserves the right to revise or reject the valuation in case of incorrect or misleading information.
3. Free Doorstep Pickup
  • Free pickup is available within our serviceable locations only.
  • The bike must be in a safe and accessible condition for collection.
  • Pickup scheduling will depend on availability and confirmation from our team.
4. On-the-Spot Payment
  • Payment will be made immediately at the time of pickup or transfer, once bike and documents are verified.
  • Payments are processed via secure methods (bank transfer/UPI/cheque).
  • SpeedyGo is not responsible for any delays caused by banking systems or third-party payment providers.
5. RC & Document Support
  • Our team assists with ownership transfer and RC documentation.
  • You are responsible for providing all necessary original documents (RC, insurance, ID proof, etc.).
  • SpeedyGo will not be held liable for issues arising due to incomplete, forged, or invalid documents.
6. Seller’s Responsibility
  • The seller must ensure the bike is free from theft, loan, or legal disputes.
  • Any undisclosed liabilities (challans, loans, accidents, etc.) will remain the seller’s responsibility.
  • Until ownership transfer is complete, the seller may still be liable for traffic violations, accidents, or misuse.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • SpeedyGo acts only as a facilitator in the bike-selling process.
  • We do not guarantee the final price until inspection and verification.
  • SpeedyGo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from using our services.
8. Changes to Terms
  • SpeedyGo reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • Continued use of our services will mean you accept any updated terms.
9. Governing Law

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
